Painted Shaker Wardrobes
A four-door fitted wardrobe built wall to wall in a bedroom, with hanging space, drawers and a shaker-style sprayed front.
This wardrobe runs the full width of the bedroom wall, taking the storage right up to the ceiling and into both corners. Building it in place meant I could scribe it to the walls and floor, so there are no gaps down the sides and nothing to collect dust on top.
Inside, each bay has a hanging rail with a shelf over it and a bank of drawers below, so long and short hanging, folded clothes and shoes all have somewhere to go.
The fronts are shaker doors, sprayed off-white to match the room. It's a plain, quiet design, the sort of thing that should look like it came with the house.
